Lookman named Man of the Match in Super Eagles' victory against Benin Republic

 

Ademola Lookman was awarded Man of the Match after Nigeria’s 3-0 win over Benin Republic on Saturday.

The Atalanta winger netted twice in the exciting match held at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo. Lookman gave the Super Eagles the lead with a stunning solo effort just before halftime and then added the third goal with a header eight minutes before the final whistle.

He played the full 90 minutes and has now scored eight goals in 24 appearances for Nigeria.
