NFF Appoints Aliyu Zubairu as Head Coach of the Flying Eagles

The Executive Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation has endorsed the Technical and Development Sub-Committee's recommendation to appoint Mr. Aliyu Zubairu as the new Head Coach of the National U20 Boys, the Flying Eagles.

Zubairu, who recently guided El-Kanemi Warriors to victory in the President Federation Cup over Abia Warriors FC in Lagos, will assume his new role immediately.

His first task will be to assemble and prepare a team for the WAFU B U20 Championship, set to take place in Togo in October/November, where the zone’s representative for next year’s Africa U20 Cup of Nations will be determined.
