Osimhen makes first Demand at Galatasaray

 

Victor Osimhen has requested to wear the number 45 shirt at Galatasaray. The Nigerian striker is set to complete a season-long loan move from Napoli later today.

Nigerian broadcast journalist Onyebuchi Onokala, known as Buchi Laba, has revealed that Osimhen chose this specific number. Laba shared on X Wednesday morning: “Exclusive: Victor Osimhen will wear number 45 at Galatasaray. He personally requested this number because it was his lucky number during his time at Belgian club Charleroi.”

Osimhen previously wore number 9 at Napoli and Lille, and also wears the number 9 for the Nigerian national team.
